Product Rejected Issues

The Product Rejected Issues frame allows you to view, correct, resubmit, and delete product transactions that fail the validation process for in-house, commercial, and FuelFocus transfer transactions.

Start by selecting the Type issue from the Type drop down (Inside, Commercial, FuelFocus Transfer). The Commercial option has an additional option to sort by Vendor. Enter a valid Location for the issue or double click in the field to select a location from the list of values (LOV).

You can also filter on a specific error number by entering the number in the Error Number field or double clicking in the field to select a valid number from the list of values (LOV).

If you want to filter on a certain date range, you can enter a From Date and a To Date in the Search by Date Range section.

After entering your criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to display the list of results on the Fuel Issue Transactions i-frame.

You can hover the mouse over the Error Msg. No. to display a tool tip with the error description.

After making the necessary corrections, check the Resubmit box in the row of the record you want to resubmit and click the Save button. You can also save and resubmit at a later time.

To delete a transaction, click in the row of the issue you want to delete to make it active. The selected row will turn red. Click the Delete button (Red X) at the top of the frame to delete the product issue record.

At the bottom of the frame there is a button to Delete All Duplicate Transactions.

NOTE: Custom fuel interfaces written after July 2007 generally use the Interface Reject Manager to process these transactions.
