Report User Pool

This screen is where the Crystal Enterprise user name, password and number of concurrent licenses is configured. This is required if your system has a Crystal Enterprise license that is shared - referred to as a License Pool.

This approach allows any user to run Crystal Reports, limited only by the number of licenses you own. The Application User Maintenance screen has a field that indicates if the Crystal Enterprise User is pooled.

To setup the User Pool:

  1. Enter the Crystal Username.

  2. Enter the Password.

  3. Enter the number of concurrent licenses (this controls how many user can be running Crystal Reports at the same time).

  4. Click on the Save button.

To delete a Report User Pool:

  1. Enter or select the Crystal User.

  2. Click the 'Delete' button.

  3. Click 'Delete' again on the popup to confirm the action.
