Indirect Account Groups

The Indirect Account Groups screen allows you to restrict the use of indirect account codes by application user role. You can create a group and order the account lists by number or name using the radio buttons in the Order By section. To move indirect accounts between columns, use the >> and << buttons.

 

You can assign roles to the group using the Role tab. Roles will have to be created using Role Maintenance and then assigned to application users via Application User Maintenance.

 

Once you have assigned the necessary roles to the group, click save to update the changes.
