Accident Cause

The Accident Cause frame allows you to create and maintain a list of accident cause codes for use on the Accident Entry frame.

 

The codes identify the cause of an accident when entering accident details on the Accident Entry frame.

How to:

Create an Accident Cause code

  1. Enter a Cause code in the blank row. Limited to 10 characters.
  2. Enter a Description. Limited to 20 characters.
  3. Select SAVE.

Modify an Accident Cause

  1. Select the Cause code to modify.
  2. Enter a new Description.
  3. Select SAVE.

Disable an Accident Cause

  1. Select the Cause code to disable.
  2. Select the Disabled checkbox.
  3. Select SAVE.

Delete an Accident Cause

  1. Select the Cause code to delete.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Select SAVE.

Note: You are unable to delete a code used on other tables in the application.
