Equipment Check Out

The Equipment Check Out frame allows you to complete the issuing (check out) transaction for an Equipment Request.

 

You can use this frame to retrieve a specific equipment request or to view all equipment requests for the location. The Location will default to your current sign in location.

 

How to:

  1. Enter your selection criteria in the Equipment Check Out section. You can search by one or a combination of filters. You can also select Retrieve with no filters set to view a list of all the request for your location.
  2. After you enter your criteria, select the Retrieve button at the bottom of the section to display the list of results.
  3. To enter check out information, select the row of the Request ID you want to check out in the Equipment Request section.
  4. Enter or select the Equipment No, Check Out Date, and Condition in the Equipment Check Out section.
  5. Select SAVE when finished.

 

You can also use this frame to check out equipment without a formal Equipment Request in the system. You can check out equipment without a request by entering the required information in the fields in the Equipment Check Out section.

 

Notifications

The EQUIPMENT CHECKED OUT notification is sent when a user checks out equipment. The notification is available on the Notification Manager frame or on Location Main (Notifications) when Location is set on the Notification Manager frame.
