KPI/PMM Groups

The KPI/PMM Groups screen allows you to create and maintain a set or group of similar Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Performance Measure Monitors (PMM). Once this group is created it can be assigned to an Application User's specific Role.

This is a helpful management tool for assigning KPI/PMM access to users with similar job functions. The Performance Measure Monitors are trend indicators and require an additional license.

To create a new KPI/PMM Group enter a new Group name. This field has a limit of 30 alphanumeric characters. Next, select the Group Type (KPI or PMM). Then go the first empty row below and enter the Name of the first KPI to include in the new group. You can also double-click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV).

Continue until you have added all the KPIs in the group. Next you can go to the Roles tab and select the Roles you want assigned to this new group. Click on save when you are done.

To view or modify a KPI group enter the group name or double-click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV). The list of Assigned KPIs will load on the Assigned KPI Names i-frame.

You can remove a KPI by selecting its row and clicking the 'Delete' button (red X) at the top of the frame. The selected row will turn red. Click 'Save' to remove the record.

To add a new KPI go to the last empty row and enter or select the Name of the new KPI from the LOV. You can also go to the Roles tab and add or remove any Roles assigned to the group. This can also be accomplished via the Role Maintenance screen. Click 'Save' when finished.

For more information on setting up and configuring specific KPIs, see the Key Performance Indicators page.
