The Link/Clear Telematic Fault Codes frame allows you to change the Read Status of an uncleared Fault Code that is associated with a job on a Work Order. You must access this frame by using the Clear Fault Codes link on Work Order Main.
The Uncleared Fault Codes i-frame displays the following information:
Insight ID link - Opens the Insight Notes window that displays
Insight Cause and Insight
Complaint fields. The Note Text
and Change Information also displays.
Note: No Cause Notes Provided or
No Complaint Notes Provided display
when the Insight does not have Cause or Complaint notes.
Insight Priority - Indicates the Insight Priority:
Read Status - If the job is complete, you can change the Read Status to Cleared. If the fault is not cleared when the Job Status Code is changed to DON, a message displays notifying you of that condition. You may choose to override it and change the job status anyway or return to clear the fault before changing the job status.
