The Equipment Check In frame allows you to complete the return transaction for checked out Equipment Requests. The Check In Location will default to your current login Location, but you can change this value if necessary.
You can search for a specific piece of checked out equipment or you can run the query without selection criteria to view a complete list of checked out equipment at a specific location. You must enter at least a Check In Location and Check In Employee.
When you have your selection criteria in place, click the retrieve button at the bottom of the Equipment Check In section.
To return a piece of equipment, check the Check In flag in the row of the equipment you want to return. Enter the Condition, BIN, and Equipment Return Reason.
Repeat this process for any other equipment records you want to return. When finished click the Save button to return the equipment.
