The Operator Assignment Query frame allows you to search for Unit Operator Assignments based on a variety of selection criteria.
To run the query, enter in a Unit Number, Operator, Department Type, Owning Department, Using Department, Assignment Type, or Date Range. You can also enter in a combination of these criteria or run the query wide open to display a list of all results.
Once you have your selection criteria in place, click the Retrieve button to display the Operator Assignment History in the i-frame below.
Operator Assignment History List
The i-frame will display the Unit Number, Unit Status, Operator, Dept Type, Assignment Type, Assignment Code, Priority, Effective Date, End Date, # of Days Assigned, and the Application User for each operator assignment record that meets the selection criteria.
The Unit Number is a hyperlink that will take you to the Unit Operator Assignment frame where you can view the operator assignment information in a read-only format. To change or add an operator assignment on this frame, see the Unit Assignment History frame to access the updateable version of the Unit Operator Assignment frame.
