Part Request Response

The Part Request Response frame is a query frame that allows you to view Part Issue Requests along with their corresponding Issue Request Details. From this frame, you can also reject part requests or issue parts for the request.

You can filter by the Request Ticket Number, Request Employee, Reserve Code (Direct Account, Indirect Account, Work Order, Unit, Department), Reserve Reference Number, and the Status of the Request (Requested, Closed, Rejected, Partial). The Issuing Employee field defaults in with the Employee Number assigned to the currently logged in Application User.

When you are finished entering the selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to display the list of results on the i-frame below.

On the Part Request List i-frame, each record matching the selection criteria will display the Request Ticket Number, Request Date, Request Employee, Reserve Code, Reserve Reference Number, Reserve Description, Status, and Number of Lines on the request.

To view the details for a particular request, double click the Request Ticket Number in the row of that specific request. The Issue Request Details will display on the i-frame below the Part Request List.

From here, you can either reject the request by entering a Reject Reason or you can issue the part by entering an Issue Qty. Click the 'Save' button at the top of the frame when you are finished.
