The Product Issue Inventory frame allows you to enter product issues to one or more Units and/or Departments. This frame is for issuing quantities from system inventory and not from outside commercial fueling. See Product Issue Vendor for commercial fueling issues.
Enter a valid fuel location or double click in the field to select a Location from the list of values (LOV). If making entries for CNG (compressed natural gas), check the CNG Transactions flag to display columns for Temperature and Pressure. The Total Cost field will update as you enter product issues on the i-frame below.
The Issue Date will default to the current date. If you want to change the date, enter a new date or select a date from the calendar. Select Unit or Department from the Type drop down.
Enter a unit/department number or double click to select one from the LOV. If you are issuing fuel to a unit, enter a meter reading in the Meter Readings field.
Then, enter or select a hose number. NOTE: you must first setup valid products for both the fuel location AND the unit/department via a combination of Product Setup Tanks, Product Setup Location, Product Setup Department and/or Unit Product Setup.
After selecting a hose number, enter the quantity issued in the Quantity field. The unit cost will default in automatically. Enter an Employee ID in the Employee field or double click to select one from the LOV.
You can add up to three additional 'User Data' fields by changing the value of System Flag 2016. See the System Flags section below for more details.
Repeat these steps for any additional product issues to units and/or departments and when finished with the entries, click the Save button at the top of the frame.
